Term hours: 54 lecture. This is a hands-on course for students to acquire basic skills and knowledge needed to administer Linux servers in a network environment. Topics include installing, configuring, and maintaining Apache, FTP, SSH, Samba, NFS, DHCP, NTP, mail, printing, and LAMP servers as well as system log files and basic network security measures.
