C Crew Resource Management

Catalog description

Term hours: 54 lecture. This course will examine the concepts of Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Human Factors and Aeronautical Decision Making currently practiced in commercial and corporate aviation. The role of crew supervision and training, leadership styles and management oversight will be studied. Single and multi-crew aircraft situations will be studied. Human factors research and aircraft accident investigations will be examined. (CSU)
