Catalog description

Term hours: 54 lecture and 54 laboratory. This is a course in the concepts and application of the Service Advisor's job duties primarily as they apply to job skills required in the service department of new vehicle dealerships. Course instruction will include lecture, role playing, repair order writing, interactive computer based assignments, use of dealer management software, site visits and demonstration of knowledge in a simulated work environment.
