It is never easy to take the lead, as you will need to make decisions and face challenges. However, it can become natural and rewarding. Within these workshops students will learn budgets and financial reports, coaching and mentoring, conducting employee reviews, employee motivation, knowledge management, leadership and influence, Six Sigma, office politics, performance management, self-leadership, supervising others and team building.
