Private Security Firearms Requalification

Catalog description

This qualification course for individuals working in the field of private security will make security officers compliant with 4749.10 Ohio Revised Code. Topics include course of fire, rules of engagement and use of force. You must bring a semi-automatic weapon as well as holster, ammo, magazines and pouches. This can be provided if needed. • Participants who miss any part of the training will not pass the course nor receive certification. • Background checks and/or department letter required 14 business days prior to training. • OPOTC certification must be submitted to [email protected] prior to the start of class.
