Certified Quality Improvement Associates (CQIAs) have basic knowledge of quality tools and their uses and are involved in quality improvement projects, but they do not necessarily come from a traditional quality area. This refresher course reviews the CQIA Body of Knowledge in detail to help individuals preparing to take the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Improvement Associate exam.
