Transition to Professional Nursing Practice

Catalog description

This course facilitates the transition from an associate degree to a baccalaureate-level nursing degree, exploring professional identity, leadership, ethics, evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, collaborative communication, and the evolving scope of nursing practice. Students will develop scholarly writing skills, including APA formatting, and complete an integrative paper reflecting personal and professional growth.
