Catalog description

Clinicians and community organizers often have innovative ideas that they would like to develop, but do not know how to do so. This class will review some model clinical and community innovations, processes of how to design and implement them, and implementation basics such as how to create a nonprofit or other incorporated organization, how to retain ownership of your idea, and some financial strategies for funding the idea.
