Supervised practicum in specialized resource room, or itinerant teaching programs with learners who are blind or visually impaired in middle adolescent or adolescent, whichever does not overlap with pre-student teaching field placement. Focus on writing lesson plans, functional vision assessment reports, selecting appropriate learning media, developing IEP's, forming partnerships with families.This Key Course requires a grade of B or better to pass. Any student who receives a grade of F or WU in this class will not be permitted to continue in the program. This course may be repeated only once.
