Catalog description

Provide meaningful learning environments for deaf learners using ASL & English best practices and incorporating multilingual, multimodal, and multicultural content strategies in mathematics, science, social studies, and other content areas. Topics teacher candidates will cover in this course include learning development and individual learning differences, learning environments, curricular content knowledge, assessment, instructional planning and strategies, professional learning and ethical practice, and collaboration.
