Foundations of Physical Therapy Care

Catalog description

Fundamental physical therapy handling skills are the focus of this course including functional training, monitoring vital signs, palpation, and massage. This course also serves as an introduction to the physical therapy profession and includes the history and scope of physical therapy practice. Documentation of physical therapy services is introduced. The course will be a combination of lecture, demonstration and lab practice.
