Catalog description
In Politics of the Global Economy students will study the politics and economics of trade, development, finance, inequality, the environment and migration. We will look at questions like how does globalization (and de-globalization) impact workers and consumers? What drives the politics of money and inflation? How is the global economy governed? What causes financial crises? Why have some countries experienced rapid economic development while others have not? How does global migration impact migrants, receiving countries, and source countries?
