Independent Study - Medical Laboratory Sciences

Catalog description

These courses are research courses designed to introduce undergraduate students to biomedical research under the supervision of an MLS faculty member. Students learn how to formulate hypotheses, develop research questions, design experiments, and collect, analyze and present data. These courses may be taken for a maximum of 6 credits. Courses with the same number of credits may only be taken twice. Departmental consent required.
