Catalog description
This course is a continuation of Thesis One and gives students the conceptual framework with which to organize a manuscript and to understand the ways in which representative volumes of poems make definitive statements and alter the poetic discourse of their time. To this end, this course begins with an exploration of the history of the Modern Poetic Sequence and the Long Poem. Prereq: Workshop 79101 and Craft 79403 , Thesis One 79701Second Year MFA students only
