Justice Equity Diversity & Inclusion Leadership 2: Collective Efficacy

Catalog description

In this course, participants continue to develop the leadership skills and habits of mind needed to close the gap between the existing and the desired reality in learning conditions in the service of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in their schools. In the co-requisite course, participants turn their attention to the second phase of the strategic inquiry process: moving adults. In this course, then, special attention is paid to developing the intrapersonal, interpersonal and team-based skills needed to shift the thinking and practice of colleagues in alignment with JEDI as well as to lead a high-impact team. In addition, participants further develop their system-level leadership skills.
