Catalog description
This course covers intermediate statistical methods that are increasingly used in public health research. Topics include extensions of generalized linear models to correlated data (Generalized Estimating Equations and Generalized Linear Mixed Models) and application of instrumental variables to causal inference. Missing data imputation methods are also discussed. Focus on practical applications, utilizing statistical software.
