Restricted to Student Success Guides. This course is designed to develop and equip students with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to serve as peer mentors for Colin Powell School underclassmen and transfer students. Through instruction, practical training, and mentorship experience, students will explore leadership, communication, and applicable college success strategies. They will learn to foster personal and academic growth in their mentees, contributing to a sense of belonging and cohesive college community.
