Restricted to S Jay Levy Fellows. The purpose of this class is to deepen the students’ understanding of the ethical principles and problems that are pertinent to the professional environment. The premise is that ‘success’ in one’s working life is about more than simply economic revenue, or social recognition: it also involves an ethical dimension, even though what that means, and the requirements it imposes, are open questions subject to much disagreement and debate.
