Learning Disabilities

Catalog description

Course Description This course will serve as an introduction to the psychological and educational problems experienced by children, adolescents, and adults with learning disabilities and a variety of related neurodevelopmental disorders. Neuropsychological aspects of these problems will be discussed, along with models for assessment and identification. An important component of this course will be the presentation of case material, to enhance familiarity and understanding of the different disorders.
