Advanced Quantitave Methods

Catalog description

Covers the basic elements of how to find, synthesize and interpret different types of data, both quantitative and qualitative. The course will provide an introduction to the use of statistical software such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and STATA. By the end of the course, students will be able to create a simple database, run basic analyses, and prepare and analyze uni-variate and multivariate regressions.
