Catalog description

This course is designed to instruct students in the understanding and preparation of legal documents related to a law practice. Students will be taken step by step through the methodology of of commonly used legal documents. This course will familiarize students with the language and format of legal documents through the use of sample forms and through practical application of classroom discussion to the drafting of documents. The course will also provide an introduction to legal research and written argument.
