Theories of Justice

Catalog description

This course analyzes many classical and contemporary theories of justice. We will discuss such theories in relation to many challenging situations that are occurring today. Topics will include equality, freedom, representation, ethics, and fairness. As we proceed with these issues, students will be challenged to subject their own views on these topics to critical examination.
