It critically examines the historical foundations and contemporary workings of the global order, and assesses its achievements, shortcomings, and adaptability in an increasingly interdependent world. Through an exploration of existing international organizations, we ponder the central question: Can effective global governance be realized? Is it possible to govern the world?
