Entrepreneurship in Renewable Energy

Catalog description

This course provides real world, hands-on learning on what it's like to actually start a high-tech company. Using Lean Launchpad and experimental learning methodologies, students develop and test business models that can be used to chart out road maps for developing tech startups into actual businesses. While the tools provided by this class can be used to develop any high-tech company, this course specifically will focus on Entrepreneurship in Renewable Energy Systems, including renewable energy, plug-in electric vehicle (PEV), microgrid power systems and demand response.
