Catalog description

This course introduces students to Central American migration from the 1950s to the present. It aims to provide a general framework for understanding the conditions of displacement, transit, and the migratory experiences of Central American migrants and refugees. Central American experiences of mobility will be explored through different theoretical perspectives, case studies, and human rights reports, among other sources of knowledge.
