Catalog description
The spread of internal conflicts in the post-Cold War era has had a devastating impact on international security, human rights and development. This has led to an increasing recognition of the importance of conflict prevention, resolution, and management. The course will explore the conceptual, political and practical issues surrounding international conflict prevention, and its relationship to cybersecurity, terrorism, transnational organized crime, demographic pressures, climate change, and global pandemics.
