Drawing from case studies highlighting the role of culture, personality traits, and power and influence in shaping effectiveness and impact, this interdisciplinary course investigates the nature of political leadership in international organization with particular attention to their promotion of innovative desirable social and political justice norms embedded in multilateral peace and security, development and human rights policies and practices.
