Catalog description

This course explores emerging trends in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics education with an emphasis on secondary mathematics and science. Topics include development of national content and pedagogy standards, bridging theory and practice, and research into how students learn. The course will integrate in -person class sessions, on line learning, and secondary school field experiences.
