Facilitating Children's Musical Development

Catalog description

A study of young children's interest and response to rhythms, dramatic play, and spontaneous imaginative experiences which the teacher can guide and incorporate into a program of developmental activities. This course will involve training in movement as well as music methods in early childhood education. Open only to students formally accepted into the Early Childhood Education program. Fieldwork required.
