This experiential course attempts to bridge the theory-practice gap, addressingboth time-honored principles of effective management and thelatest research in the area. Students are introduced to surveys, exercises, andsimulations that help them analyze and evaluate their existing managerialskills. A variety of conceptual tools help students develop and refine theseskills.
