Catalog description

Course description: Biodiversity conservation is an inherently multidisciplinary field. It attempts to mitigate interactions between humans and nature that result in damage to the environment, including climate, habitat, and biota. This course will examine the human dimension of this complex, global problem and explore the relationship between society, psychology, religion, and culture on conservation and appreciation of the natural world.
