Creating Picture Books with Students

How might we be inspired by the pictures and words of classic children's literature to create books with students in the classroom? By examining the working processes of illustrators and authors, we can design more engaging and meaningful book-making projects for students. No previous art experience is necessary! In this course we will design lessons and create sample books using what we learn from our favorite children's stories.
