Perspectives of women, men, and children on work-family negotiations and conflicts. Diversity of work-family arrangements as organized by the intersection of gender, race/ethnicity, class, sexuality and nationality. Social policy for work-family balance. This course is the same as Women's and Gender Studies 3318.
