Catalog description

Philosophical issues in major literary works and related classical and contemporary philosophical literature. Such issues as appearance and reality, personal identity, truth, freedom, evil, justice, and ideal government. (Not open to students who have completed Core Curriculum 3105.) 2017-2018: Satisfies Pathways College Option requirement. Starting Fall 2018 Satisfies Pathways Flexible Core Individual and Society requirement. Core areas of philosophy History of philosophy
