Comparative study of cultures by exploring Jewish diaspora, the cultures in which Jews found themselves, and variations in development as a result of location. Influences, differences, and similarities of immigrant and local populations. (Not open to students who have completed Core Curriculum 3205 or JUST 3025.) 2017-2018 and 2018-2019: Satisfies Pathways College Option requirement. Starting Fall 2019 qualifies as an Inter- Cultural Competency (ICC) course for Pathways College Option purposes.
