This course introduces students to professional skills, concepts, and bestpractices required for the successful management and leadership of modern daytheatre organizations. Topics include: budgeting; marketing; fundraising; audience development; branding; programming; personnel; management structure; contracts; and strategic planning associated with managing theater in boththe commercial and non-profit sectors.
