Practicum in Student Leadership

Catalog description

This course provides an overview of leadership and helps prepare students for leadership positions in campus organizations and beyond. Topics include historical development of theories, approaches, and function in organizations, effectiveness, and group dynamics/diversity. The focus is on developing competencies in self-knowledge, communication and goal-setting skills.
