Executive Capstone Seminar

Catalog description

This course is designed to guide students in meeting the capstone requirement of the executive master's degree. Consisting of an applied project with emphasis given to the implementation and evaluation of development and coaching plans. Under the guidance of a faculty advisor, students will participate in an executive assessment experience and integrate the assessment data into the development plan. This serves as the second course for the capstone sequence. This course is only open to students in the executive masters program in industrial and organizational psychology
