Advanced Personnel Psychology

Catalog description

This course provides students with an in-depth introduction to and experience with the key topics and issuse in personnel psychology. The course topics include job analysis, selection, test validation, training, HR metrics, and performance measurement. The conceptual basis for these personnel practices, as well as the practical, societal, and legal implication of their use are discussed.
