Catalog description

This course is a calculus-based study of quantitative physics. It is a continuation of PHY 3010 or PHY 3004. Topics include electricity and magnetism (leading up to Maxwell's equations), optics, and the elements of atomic physics. A weekly laboratory will parallel the lectures. Not open to students who have taken PHY 3001.
