This course examines the legal framework of educational governance in the United States. It focuses on the constitutional, legislative, labor, and administrative laws and policies that apply to public, private, and charter schools. Special emphasis is placed on New York State law. Open to Master of Science in Education students. Students from other degree programs by permission only.
