This course addresses the critical role of the school leader to supervise and manage the quality of instruction and student achievement. It focuses on staff supervision, the cultivation of strategic plans and school culture, as well as the implementation of effective teaching methods. Open only to Master of Science in Education students. Students from other degree programs by permission only.
