Catalog description

This course applies the behavioral sciences to higher education administration. Human relations principles will be developed through an analysis of problems in formal and informal organizations, in communication and participation, and in the development of understanding, cooperation, and motivation. Open only to Master of Science in Education students. Students from other degree programs by permission only. Not open to students who have completed PAF 9120.
