Catalog description

A study of the migration of the Puerto Rican to New YorkCity and other urban centers, its sociological impact, andproblems resulting in education, housing, health services,and family and community development. Practical experienceand research will be a part of this course by placing studentsin agencies serving Puerto Ricans (bilingual schools, day carecenters, etc.).
