Catalog description

Growing interconnections across the globe are an important historicaldevelopment. This course will examine the historical context and patterns of globalization and global connections in various phases. It will focus on material, information, and migration flows among regions of the globe as well as on challenges to these processes. It will analyze how historians approach globalization over time with focus on specific areas and periods.
