This course introduces students to the nature of operational and information technology,and the risks inherent in these operations. These reflect risks to a firm associated with technical and humanproblems, as well as more specific problems associated with complex forms of informational technology.Students will evaluate the nature and potential severity of these risks, as well as innovative approaches tomeasuring and managing them.
