Real Estate Entrepreneurship
CUNY Bernard M Baruch College · UGRD · Fall 2026
1 section
Catalog description
This course derives from the premise that since large parts of real estate are necessarily entrepreneurial, more complex aspects of real estate entrepreneurship will involve risk evaluation at opportunistic segments. Such higher-risk higher-return acquisition and development options require a clear foundation in due diligence from both debt and equity lenders’ perspectives. This course also addresses how deal structuring can affect the value and stability of joint ventures engaged in high-yield investing and development.
