Communication for Executives

Catalog description

This course examines the dynamics of communication between individuals within an organizational context. Emphasis is placed on understanding and improving personal analytical and communication skills in an organizationalsetting. We will examine listening skills, standard speaking and writing formats, small-group dynamics, and techniques related to the strategic design and delivery of organizational messages to internal and external audiences.
