Catalog description

Students will advance skills in alcohol/drug assessment, with an introduction to substance use disorder (SUD) diagnoses, level-of-care planning, treatment, and referral. Skill development includes SUD assessment tools, documentation, discharge planning, and ethics and professionalism. Students gain practical skills in treatment planning and coordination across substance use care systems.
