Catalog description

This course is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required for effective entry-level management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Through a combination of case-based approaches and projects, participants will explore key management principles, including financial management, operational efficiency, human resource practices, public relations strategies, and compliance with regulatory standards. Students will engage in real-world scenarios to analyze decision-making processes and improve patient care delivery in prehospital emergency settings. By the end of the course, learners will be well-prepared to navigate the complexities of EMS management, fostering a proactive approach to leadership in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
